Art History Collages
During college, I made flashcards to memorize artworks for art history classes. I have hundreds of scrap papers with my sketches of artworks. Following my 2010 and 2012 calendar series, I began a series of collages using these flashcards. I continued using Craft materials and techniques (sewing, beading, collage) to respond to, embellish, and transform the sketches of Fine Art.
